Conscious Kink Four Week Program

Each of the 4 x Conscious Kink sessions in the four week program go for 90 minutes, and the journey gently yet deeply guides you into the world of kink. While the course is now self guided, there is a facebook group that you can join if you like should you have any questions.

This program is designed for all relationship dynamics as well as singles. Whether you are in a relationship or not, or if you feel called to understand you or your partner’s kinks, this is a great course for you.

Opening up your mind to a greater possibility of pleasure and excitement through a comprehensive kink breakdown we go through boundaries and consent, exploring our yes and no, and what it means to hold space and be vulnerable in our intimacy and connection.

This is a replay of the virtual Conscious Kink Workshop I held with Sara E. Silverstein.

In this playful and safe workshop we will also be sharing on boundary setting/agreements, communication skills, different types of kinks, the body and the mind in pleasure. This is a great way to gain yet another perspective of the world of kink with Sara's unique teachings and sharing.
