We then connect in with our womb or womb space, the sacral chakra, our shadow and light expressions of Aphrodite, and relationships and our inner child.

We then connect in with the solar plexus expression and shadows, as well as to the archetypal energy of Athena, our passion, our confidence, our warrior queen.

We then journey to our heart expression and shadows, as well as to the archetypal energy of Demeter, our mother wound, our nurturing, our true feminine expression.

We then journey to our Throat Chakra and our voice, as well as to the archetypal energy of Artemis, our medicine womban, her light and her shadows.
