Hello 👋🏼 and WELCOME all 🤗

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist and am currently integrating Doula/Birth Services as well as Wellness Coaching into my practice. But more importantly, I am an upbeat caregiver who is passionate about educating and empowering. My goal is to inspire people to reclaim their sacred healing and demand the care they deserve. 👏🏼

I have a love for women’s health and wellness. Women face a staggering amount of resistance from the healthcare system as is (not to mention when they are seeking care for their pelvis/pelvic floor) and I want to partner with you to change that narrative. 🤝
