Personal Reflections on Inclusivity

Inclusivity is deeply personal for me. A family member had to leave school due to severe bullying related to their queerness. Had their environment been visibly supportive and affirming—through inclusive symbols, open conversations, and genuine allyship—they might have felt safe enough to stay and thrive.

Reflecting on my own journey, if I had known queerness was normal and celebrated, I wouldn't have felt compelled to hide my identity.
